As a professor at ESSEC, you will join an international community of passionate researchers and professors, who work together to create knowledge.
You will thus contribute to bridging the distance between academic research and businesses or society, but also between research discoveries and educational content.
You will have the opportunity to transmit your expertise, interact with talented and motivated students and participants, and thus contribute to training leaders of their time, capable of facing uncertainty and complexity, of acting as vectors of innovation in their professional environment, to anticipate and even influence new trends.
We are looking for highly qualified and experienced professors in several key areas to join one of our 8 departments:

- Public & Private Policy
All applications received by the Dean’s service are examined by the relevant department.
Pre-selected applications are ratified by the Dean and the Dean’s service handles organization of recruitment commissions according to a very open procedure that is the same for all candidates.
The final joint decision involves the department in question, other members of the Faculty, the Dean, the Director of Research, the Program Directors and the President.
