ESSEC provides guidance and dedicated solutions to help you with your search. Through ALEGESSEC (ESSEC’s student housing association), ESSEC Business School offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms and studio apartments near the campus, as well as other amenities to help simplify day-to-day life.

Living in one of the ALEGESSEC residences is stepping into a world rich in cultural diversity and broadening your experiences in a convivial and dynamic environment. ALEGESSEC accommodates one ESSEC student in four and counts over 84% international students.

Each residence offers its own unique atmosphere from the rich cultural diversity in the Hauts-de-Cergy residence to the modern design and style of the Port residence. All you have to do is make your choice!

We offer you 1093 bedrooms, studios and apartments , all of them located in the surrounding areas of the campus. It is up to you to decide if you would rather live alone in a single studio, in a double studio with a roommate or in a more spacious studio for couples (only in the Port residence). An array of services and amenities are provided in our four residences to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The perfect setting

The four ESSEC Business School’s residences are located in Cergy at the heart of the second largest university center of the Ile de France region with over 25.000 students.

Choosing to stay in one of the ALEGESSEC residences will allow you to make the most of a city which is very well served by public transportation with an international airport located only 25 minutes away, with numerous railway stations and bus lines and Paris only 35 minutes away by train. You will also be able to take full advantage of 4900 acres of natural woodlands, a regional park and 20 km of landscaped riverbanks on the Oise.
