An alliance of excellence with Centrale-Supelec
To train the engineering and digital managers of tomorrow, ESSEC has formed an alliance of excellence with the Paris-based Centrale-Supélec. The two institutions develop common curricula based on design learning, share their international networks and align their resource centers. A first joint degree, the MSc in Data Science and Business Analytics has been developed as a result of the partnership.
At the start of 2015 ESSEC joined the Université Paris Seine community of universities, with the common goal to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.
The Paris Seine initiative
The I-SITE (Initiative Science-Innovation-Territory-Economy) call for proposals for which we have been preselected is part of the last wave of calls for proposals in the framework of the PIA program (French government’s “Investments for the Future” program), which aims at identifying a dozen French academic institutions for their capacity to become world-class universities, recognized for the quality of their research focusing on fields of excellence, and also for the quality of their education and their integration in the socio-economic fabric.
The pre-selection of the Paris Seine Initiative project is a unique opportunity to promote our identity and our vision in the changing national and international landscape of Higher Education and Research.
The University of Cergy-Pontoise, ESSEC Business School, EISTI, ENSEA and COMUE Paris Seine intend to transform Cergy-Pontoise’s Higher Education and Research environment and improve its visibility and attractiveness.
