Our residences provide a range of services to ensure your comfort and convenience:

• 24/7 Security: Physical presence on each residence, restricted access to cardholders, and monitoring video.
• Free Technical Support
• Free parking lots for cars and bikes
• Digital Video Screen: in the residence lobby, displaying real-time videos and information.
• Equipment hire: Vacuum cleaners, irons, ironing boards, and sports equipment (available at Hauts de Cergy).
• APL Assistance: Guidance for applying for housing subsidies from CAF (Aides Personnalisées au Logement).
• Luggage Storage: Secure storage for your belongings.

Fee-based services:

• 24/7 Check-in: Available at an additional cost on weekends and weekdays after 5:00 PM (4:00 PM on Fridays).
• Laundry Facilities: Self-service laundry with card payment and mobile app tracking.
• Welcome Kit: Includes bed linen, towels, and basic kitchenware.
• Housekeeping Services: Room cleaning on request.
• Wi-Fi provided in partnership with WIFIRST.
• Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: Available on each residence.

The following documents are necessary for your application:

• A copy of your identification (passport or national ID card).
• A passport photograph of yourself.
• A copy of your bank card for payment processing.

For applicants receiving social scholarships, an up-to-date scholarship certificate is also required.

As soon as you receive your B00... login, you can access the ALEGESSEC online portal from your "myessec" space to apply for accommodation. You can also access the ALEGESSEC portal via the following link:

The students that are not from ESSEC should contact us and send an email to alegessec-gestion@essec.edu.

Yes, minors on September 1^st of the Academic year have priority in the room allocation.  The priority criteria are indicated in Article 4 of the Rules and Regulations.

Application processing times may vary depending on the program and the time of year. For the September academic year, a response will be provided within two weeks after you submit the file due to high demand.

During other periods, we aim to respond within one week after we receive  your application.

It is best to check with your programme to find out the start and end dates of the academic year. Please note, however, that it will be possible to adjust the end date of your stay during the contract period.

Yes, there are indeed annual fees that are due regardless of the duration of the program.

To make the reservation request, you give the bank details, but the card will not be charged immediately. It will be charged when we have assigned you a room. You will receive an email informing you that your credit card will be charged within 5 days.

If your payment has been refused, you will receive an email informing you of this refusal. To finalize your reservation, you will have the possibility to reconnect and proceed to the manual payment by credit card.

The guarantee deposit is refundable subject to the conditions set out in Article 24 of the internal Rules and Regulations. You can ask to have it transferred to the bank account of your choice, whether it be a French or international account. It will be returned to you by bank transfer within one month upon receipt of your bank details.

The rent is due from the date you collect your means of access subject to the application of Article 5 of the Rules and Regulations. You will have to pay your rent on the “My student account” portal with your credit / debit card before the 10^th of each month.   

We offer a formula that includes water, electricity, heating, maintenance and 24/7 security services. The internet contract of a private provider is not included in the formula.

We do our best to answer the requests. You have to fill in the form completely so that it is validated. Thanks to our partnership with a student-housing platform, we will be able to offer you a solution outside our ALEGESSEC residences in Cergy in case there is no available room in one of our residence.

The student who has applied for housing can cancel his/her reservation request. We remind you that there will be cancellation fees. Please see Article 27 of the Rules and Regulations.

If you are renewing your contract, you can indicate that you would like to stay in your current room.  We will try to respect your request depending on availability.

Temporary storage of boxes not exceeding 60x30x30 cm is permitted. However, large items or furniture cannot be kept.

Yes, sure,  once your request has been confirmed.   To drop them off, you need to make an appointment and come to the Parc residence.  You can also send them by mail during our office hours, by providing us with the day of the arrival of the parcels.

Please don’t forget to write your contact details on each suitcase as well as your arrival date.  Your items will be kept in a secured room and then brought to your future room.  We are not responsible for the luggage or the items damaged before they arrive.  Please do not send or leave perishable goods.

 Please note that we can only accept maximum 3 suitcases or boxes not exceeding 60 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 40 cm (depth).

NB: all taxed parcels (custom fees…) will be refused.

You can get a housing insurance with your personal insurance company, your bank, or online.It is mandatory

When you receive a confirmation of the housing insurance, please put it on the ALEGESSEC student plateform before your arrival.

On average, our rooms are 19 m².  The surface of the couple’s apartments is between 36 and 39 m².

The number of your room will be given to you the day of your arrival.  You do not need it to subscribe the insurance

Directly at our offices, Résidence du Parc, 7 avenue du Parc, 95000 CERGY, during opening hours or at the security desk outside opening hours ( subject to conditions, see Rules and regulations).

N.B.: For the start of the new school year in September, a distribution will be organized at ESSEC.

As soon as you have collected the access card

You can get it from the ESSEC security office that is open 24/24.  It is necessary to send us an email at alegessec-gestion@essec.edu  to inform us (subject to conditions, see Rules and regulations).

You have 48 hours after your arrival to do it online on your portal. After that time, it will be automatically validate, without objection.

Yes, there is a secure private parking lot on each of our residences. The port and Hauts de Cergy residences also have an underground one.

Yes, our residences offer a variety of shared spaces for both work and leisure:

• Study Rooms: Quiet areas designed for studying.
• Recreation Rooms: Equipped with a piano, pool table, and football.
• Fitness Center: On the residence gym facilities.
• Laundry Room: Self-service laundry service

You need to specify it on your housing application where you choose your residence. We will try to respect your request depending on availability. Both students must mention it in her/his request.

Yes, the water can be drunk.

There is no cafeteria on the residences.  However, as a student of ESSEC, you have access to the DéliMarché of ESSEC where you can find sandwiches, salads, hot meals, drinks…  Some associations also offer a special lunch formula for students.  You can also find many restaurants around the campus. The kitchens in your studios are also lovely to cook a good meal !

The ALEGESSEC office is located at the Parc residence and is open:

• Monday and Wednesday from 2 p.m to 5:30 pm.
• Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 5:30 pm without interruption,
• Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm without interruption.

We are closed on weekends.

Visitors are permitted during the day. However, overnight stays or subletting are strictly prohibited.

The APL stands for “Aide Personnalisée au Logement” and is a financial aid from the Caisse d’Allocations Familales (CAF) meant to reduce your monthly rent, giving you housing subsidies.  You can apply for the subsidies as soon as you receive your access card by following the instructions that we will send you by email after your arrival.  The CAF will then study your application and decides whether or not you are eligible for the APL.  In the case you are eligible, the CAF will send the subsidies on your ALEGESSEC account and the amount received will be automatically deducted from your rent.  ALEGESSEC will not be responsible for any delays in the APL payments, and if so, you would be liable for the amount of your entire rent. 

Deliveries are permitted, but you must be present to receive them.

Personal packages (e.g., care packages from family) can be received. Please ensure packages are labeled with your full name and collect them at
